Our Recruitment Process

Introduction
First, you’ll have a short screening call with someone from our Talent team. If all goes well, we’ll invite you to a first interview with the hiring manager.
Interviews
We’ll typically meet once or twice more for more in-depth discussions and possibly a case study.
Offer
When we’re confident you’re the right fit for Silverfin and you feel the same, we’ll move forward with an offer. From there, we’ll start gathering your documentation and references.
